To insure quality, rapidity, and service to everyone involved in the decision-making process, we structured and solidified the enti-re supply chain, managing all processes from the purchase of raw materials to distribution logistics. The installer, of large, medium or small facilities, is the professional figure in the supply chain who plays a decisive role, both in a design and construction phase. This is because he or she must advise and respond to those who design the installation and meet the client's delivery schedule. The designer (or design studio) manages the entire project, drafts the tender specifications, and reports directly to the client. Maximum cooperation, experience and support is required at this stage from those who will build and install the system. We produce more than 90% of the products in our catalog by managing the entire production chain, from design to control of incoming raw material, from processing to suitability testing on the finished product.
