BL (Supply/return grille with fixed bars)

Fixed-bar linear vents suitable for installations where a continuous air supply is required; in fact, they can be juxtaposed giving a pleasing effect of linearity and continuity. These vents can be installed on the ceiling, wall and sill. Available with access doors to the fan coil controls, also made with the same bars as the vent so as not to interrupt linearity. 

They can be used for both supply and intake air, available with different configurations satisfying most applications, the construction involves the use of bars with 0°or 15° deflection so as to allow for airflow variation, in addition an adjustable vertical rear row can be added so as to further correct the flow. 

Also available are combined supply-receiving versions where the supply side consists of a single horizontal row of fixed bars and the supply side consists of both the same horizontal bars and a row of vertical adjustable fins. 

Execution

Natural anodized extruded aluminum (shockproof for sports facilities), painted on request.

• With clips (screws on request);
• Fastening bridges for BLL series (without edge).

• BL3: Single-row fixed fins supply or return vent with 15° deflection;
• BLL3: Single-row fixed fins supply or return vent with 15° deflection without frame;
• BL5: Single-row fixed fins supply or return vent with 0° deflection;
• BLL5: Single-row fixed fins supply or return vent with 0° deflection without frame;
• BL4: Delivery vent with double row of fins, front fixed with 15° deflection, rear vertical individually adjustable;
• BL6: Double-row vane delivery vent, front fixed with 0° deflection, rear vertical individually adjustable;
• BL7: Combined supply and return air vent with double rows of fins, fixed horizontal fronts with 15° deflection oriented in opposite directions, vertical rear (supply side only) individually adjustable;
• BL3 S...: Supply air vent with one door (BL/3 S1) or two doors (BL/3 S2) with single row of fixed fins with 15° deflection;
• BL5 S...: Supply vent with one door (BL/5 S1) or two doors (BL/5 S2) single row of fixed fins with 0° deflection;
• BL3B10-BL5B10: Special frame with 10 mm edge;
• BL3B20-BL5B20: Special frame with 20 mm edge;
• BLL3RL: Single row supply or return air vent of fixed fins with 15° deflection without frame, flexible version;
• BLL5RL: Single-row supply or return vent of fixed fins with 0° deflection without frame, flexible version;

• SC: Contrasting calibration damper made of extruded aluminum; 
• CTM: Galvanized steel counterframe (to be walled in);
