Finished in 2019 after two years of work, the redevelopment project of the former Manifattura Tabacchi in Rovereto, wanted by Trentino Sviluppo and built with European funds, will host the green & sport economy hub.

There are eleven buildings that make up Be Factory, with a total gross floor area of 25,513 square meters. Eight, with all-wood load-bearing structure, are intended for manufacturing/office/laboratory use, while the other two are functional to the facility.

In the spaces inside the buildings (cores), having a height of 7 meters under-beam, the air conditioning system involves the use of micro-perforated inductive piping, which also blends well aesthetically into the refined architecture of the premises, which are of our own manufacture.

Starting from the design data and respecting the imposed technical specifications, we supported the design of the product in question through the sizing of the correct perforations suitable to ensure maximum thermal and acoustic comfort in the room.

Through technical analysis supported by the aid also of fluid dynamic calculations with software, we arrived at the definition of the approximately 900 m of microperforated piping supplied and installed at the site.
